Collaboration with the family in the program Start together in a pandemic situation

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between a school and a family during a pandemic. The theoretical part characterizes the "Začít spolu" program, which is based on the cooperation with the family. It presents the Standards of the program, in which it focuses on the area of Family and community. It deals with distance learning and compares the possible forms of communication and cooperation in the full-time form of teaching and also during distance teaching. The practical part of the thesis deals with qualitative and quantitative research, carried out through in-depth interviews and survey, which aims to find out how and in what way the pandemic affected the cooperation of a school and a family and what do the teachers and parents take from it in their future cooperation. Communication with parents from a perspective of a beginning teacher

The object of my dissertation is to introduce the issue of communication between the parent and the inexperienced teacher. The theoretical part is based on the research literature, and it is devoted to various forms of communication as well as to effective communication with parents. The practical part focuses on the experiences new teacher gain while having class meetings, tripartite meetings, on his dealing with conflicts, and on his everyday communication with parents. For the purposes of this analysis, it is essential to obtain information from other inexperienced teachers. The introductiondescribesthe perceptionof familyby humanities and social sciences and identifies the elements shared by all disciplines, including health care. The firstsectionof the thesislooksintothe development of the relationship between the physician and the patientandhisor her family,rangingfromapaternalisticrelationshiptoinformedconsentto patients' previously expressed wishes. The author places each of these principles in context with legislative andethical normsandhighlightsthe dilemmasassociatedwiththe understandingthereof. At the same time it solves the possibilities of family involvement in each of them. The secondsectionof the thesisfocusesonpalliative care.Itdescribesthe basicprinciples related to adultpatientsatthe terminal stage of theirillnessandalsothe proceduresfollowedinpaediatricand perinatal palliative care. The conclusion offers a description of the practical procedures followed whenthiscare wasbeingintroducedatthe Královské VinohradyUniversityHospital inPrague.Partof the thesis is also casuistry derived from the operation of the palliative care team.

Communication between teacher and parents of his pupils

The thesis deals with the communication of class teacher with the parents in primary school. The current position of this topic within the Czech education system is examined. Educational programs and initiatives focusing on this area of teacher's work are studied. Specific forms of communication available to teachers are presented with their advantages and disadvantages. Four case studies and their final comparison examines teachers' approach to the selection of specific forms of communication and the formation of the overall structure of communication with parents. Case studies describe the forms of communication used by individual teachers. Sources of information about the possible forms of communication, as well as factors that influence the teachers are presented. Individual studies are evaluated in the context of the others and their common and different features are identified. The issue of training of future teachers in this area is discussed. Individual approach of teachers to this topic is observed.

The Importance of Manager´s Communication

This thesis focuses on an important part of running an organization. The importance of communication elements for working executives. Communication is vital and one of the most important components of management. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part.
In the first part of the text they are defined concepts such as management and its level manager's personality and his style of work, communication and its distribution channels, social responsibility and ethical principles. Literary literature search is a theoretical part which was prepared on the basis of both of appropriate literature.
The practical part is devoted to the research. Directed interviews with managers of different positions addressed the company. Is to analyze the communication between superiors and subordinates. The basis for this research is a list of answers managers of different jobs in the organization. The answers of respondents were recorded in the pre-prepared questionnaire. These responses led to the creation of the final assessment and conclusion. The aim is to determine how large the importance of communication to managers in their work.
